Ellie is a warhorse mare with 50 starts and earnings over $60,000! She has lovely old-school breeding and would make either a great sporthorse project or broodmare.

She is getting started in Eventing and is showing herself to be extremely brave xc, careful over show jumps and a quality mover for dressage. She has completed one Starter event and will be making her Beginner Novice debut this spring. She leads, loads, clips, ties, stands for the farrier, fly spray and baths. UTD on shots, Coggins, teeth and farrier. Has not taken a lame step or had a health issue since I have had her. She does get a little anxious in a stall or when worked away from her friends, but has improved greatly over time.

While I would not classify this horse as a true beginner horse, she is my horse of choice for my boyfriend who is a novice rider. She is a very straightforward ride and packed him around like an old pro. This mare’s price will increase with more show mileage.
